Quality Roofing System, part of the Bone-Dry Family, is seeking a highly motivated Residential Roofing Salesman to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, promoting our roofing service to potential clients, and managing the entire sales process.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop new business by identifying potential clients and selling our roofing services.

• Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our service.
• Manage the entire sales process, including preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure customer needs are met.
• Keep up to date with the industry trends, competitors, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
• Create and maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client information.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in residential roofing sales or a related field

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of roofing system, material, and constructions techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.

EDUCATION
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
